The bedrooms will be based on a first come first serve basis.
I’m not charging a cleaning fee so please keep and leave the house clean for our next students.
Once a month in the middle of the month the house will be cleaned while you are in class. This does not exempt the renter from keeping the house tidy and clean. It is an added bonus paid for by me and not charged to you. Please respect that.
What's Next?
A $500.00 deposit is expected to hold your place and will be made through my stripe account. The remainder of $2200.00 will be done using one of the two options below. Please feel free to contact me on other payment options. I will do my best to work with you.

On a personal note I am a Journeyman Lineman myself. This house was purchased by me so that all the students could have a comfortable place to call home while they learn this great trade that I love. Please respect me, a fellow brother, in this trade by keeping my property clean and the neighbors happy so that I don’t have to deal with complaints. I’ve known Wylee my whole career which is going on 20+ yrs now. He and I have been on some great adventures in this trade, just ask him. He is a great teacher and he very much cares for this trade. That is why he has chose to strengthen this trade where he found a weakness, at the very start. You chose the best Line school in my opinion. Congratulations!!
